All about Sarah…

Work and life experience has shown me the value of communicating and planning effective strategies by listening attentively to other's needs. Throughout professional and personal growth I have developed an understanding of clients needs to overcome issues and support change; be they individual or team driven.

My work as a coach is underpinned by my counselling degree - I encourage and support my clients in partnership through every step they take and I value my ability to pick up on body language and the words left unsaid to help clients gain clarity of their unique self.

I have extensive experience of the value of working outdoors and now incorporate this into my coaching practice where possible. My PhD findings supported taking work outdoors to support well-being and to maintain or enhance productivity. Additionally, as the new menopause legislation comes into being (for businesses with over 250 employees) this becomes an exciting time to consider actively engaging with women, as part of their individualised menopause plan, to take their work outdoors so they can manage their menopausal symptoms, reset their nervous system and continue to thrive.
